Tripmastaz is the alias of DJ, Producer & mastering engineeri Andrew Guyvoronsky. He began DJing professionally in 1999, drawn early on to the sounds of Chicago house and tech rhythms. His sound spans deep house, tech house, minimal techno and elements of hip-hop, always shaped by a deep knowledge of vinyl and a restless approach to genre.
His production breakthrough happened In 2010 when DJ Sneak released three Tripmastaz EPs on his Magnetic Recordings label. The work drew attention across the scene, with tracks licensed by Derrick Carter for his Fabric compilation and later picked up again for DJ Sneak's own instalment of the series.
Over the years his output has found homes on labels including Cocoon, Ovum, Cadenza, Hot Trax, Yoyaku and Bass Culture.
He has also recorded as part of the Special Case trio, whose releases appeared on Droog's Culprit and Tiefschwarz's Souvenir imprints.
Guyvoronsky is the founder of the labels Respect The Craft, Tripmastaz, Call_lab and Plant 74 Records. Respect The Craft has become his most active current vehicle, and the second release on that imprint was a co-production with Ricardo Villalobos, released under the alias tRicMast and including tracks such as "Nord," "Mastardo" and "Svoboda."
His decades of production experience have also fed into Tripmastering, an analog mixing and mastering studio he runs in Berlin.
He has described wanting to bring groove and mood to every track, and his sound shifts and evolves rather than settling into a fixed formula.
A long-term participant in Berlin's underground, he remains active across production, label work and mastering, with new material continuing to arrive on Respect The Craft into 2026.
