Strandtuch

Strandtuch is a young Parisian producer with a sound he likes to call "Power House," a blend of house, acid, techno and trance. It sits in an interesting spot, old-school and modern at once, mixing 90s-inspired tonalities, melodies and samples with more contemporary treatments. The result is fast-paced, melodic and punchy, and full of little surprises that reflect the range of genres he draws on.

He is at his best live, where sets packed with unreleased material let him take a crowd on a high-energy journey. Since 2022 he has played renowned venues like Le Mazette, Le Sacré and La Rotonde Stalingrad in Paris, Le Petit Salon in Lyon and Sisyphos in Berlin, alongside a number of open airs and festivals.

On record he has grown into a steady presence on the French house scene. After a first EP on Simplexia and a run of compilation appearances, he put out solo EPs on 39 Records in Paris, Sengiley Recordings in St Petersburg, theBasement Discos and Miura in Valencia, followed by his first and then second vinyl on the label Happiness Therapy. His "Want 2 Feel" EP was picked up by DJ Mag and drew support from the likes of Move D, COEO and Crowd Control.
