Steve Rachmad is a Dutch techno producer, DJ and remixer whose roots go back further than most. He was buying and cutting up records on a reel-to-reel tape deck by the age of twelve, and his first releases appeared in the mid-1980s, shaped by electro, early hip-house and the productions of people like Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and Arthur Baker.
