From Belgium, based in Brussels

Sara Dziri has played Fuse in Brussels 28 times since 2021.

Arguably Brussels’ most forward-thinking DJ, Sara Dziri channels her Belgian-Tunisian heritage into an emotional and trance-rooted sound—a signature that spans clubs, festivals, and performance stages worldwide. Emerging from Brussels’ underground club scene, Dziri has evolved into a multidisciplinary artist whose practice bridges different worlds through her own unique lens.

Her debut album Close to Home (Optimo Music, 2022) introduced a singular voice: emotionally precise, sonically daring, receiving early support with the likes of Laurent Garnier, The Blessed Madonna, Nicola Cruz & Midland. Through her four-year residency at Fuse, she cemented her reputation with hypnotic, edgy closing sets that push dancers to the edge of euphoria. In 2019, she co-founded Not Your Techno, a platform that pioneers an intersectional approach to inclusivity in the underground club scene of Belgium and abroad.

Expanding beyond the dance floor, in 2024 she premiered Black Hole at Kanal Centre Pompidou, a multidisciplinary performance where electronic composition, choreography and light collide in a rite of unrest and release. Dziri expands the vocabulary of electronic music, weaving SWANA polyrhythms with contemporary club culture into a vision that is uncompromising and deeply her own. Whether on stage, in the club or in the studio, she builds a cohesive artistic vision driven by groove, trance and emotional depth.
