Gift voucher FAQ
How do I receive the voucher?
As soon as your payment goes through, we email you (the buyer) a voucher code plus a printable PDF. Forward the email or print the PDF to give to the lucky recipient.
Where can it be redeemed?
Online at checkout — just enter the code — and in person at our record store on Torstrasse in Berlin Mitte. You can spend it across several orders until the balance runs out.
How long is it valid?
At least three years. We do not print a short expiry date, so there is no rush to spend it.
How much can I load onto a voucher?
Any amount from €20 to €300. Pick one of the suggested amounts or type your own.
